Our secret is using purified filtered water for our dough. The finest and freshest quality herbs and spices, the best plum tomatoes, the finest pecorino romano and parmigiano cheeses to make our pizza sauce. We hand toss our award winning pizza dough, spread our award winning pizza sauce, cover with the best 100% real mozzarella cheese, then cook the pizza right on the stone bottom oven. We don't skimp on our toppings and we do not substitute quality, no gimmicks.
